A good amount of support with the cross back but also can switch it up for times you don't need that much support. I don't like the pads in them but normally remove them anyway. Will repurchase.

As a woman with a larger bust, I’ve been searching for a cute suitable sports bra for the gym for awhile. I absolutely love the LJ sports bra. It supports me very well for the gym and will definitely be buying more colours.
